I bought this for my sister who's an industrial design student, and we spent an entire evening flipping through the profiles of over 200 women designers. The section on mid-century furniture makers was the highlight for me.

Finally, a design book that actually showcases women's work rather than just mentioning them. The 200+ entries are beautifully photographed, and I love that it covers everything from furniture to graphics.

The visuals alone make it worth owning—over 200 page after page of groundbreaking work. I just wish the accompanying text went deeper on some designers, since a few profiles feel too quick.
