The Bluetooth pairing is what sold me — I can finally play my old mixtapes through my kitchen speaker instead of hunched over the machine. Build feels solid and the buttons have a nice click to them. My tapes from the 90s sound warm, not muddy.
The build feels solid and the tape mechanism runs quieter than my old boombox did. I do wish the Bluetooth range was a bit longer, since it cuts out if I walk into the next room. Still, rewinding with an actual button is weirdly satisfying.
