I messed with this thing for nearly an hour before the hidden mechanism finally gave and the four metal pieces slid apart. Feels solid and heavy in the hand, not cheap at all. Best kind of puzzle where the answer was there the whole time.

Took me almost a week of picking at it during lunch breaks, but the moment those four interwoven pieces finally slid apart was ridiculously satisfying. The hidden locking mechanism really does require patience over brute force.

I fiddled with this thing for two evenings before the hidden mechanism finally gave and the four pieces slid apart. The metal is surprisingly weighty and cool in the hand, which makes it hard to put down. Genuinely the most satisfying puzzle I've picked up this year.
