Ampulheta

Bought this to time my meditation sits instead of using my phone, and it's made a real difference. The glass is heavier than I expected and the sand runs steady the whole way through, no clumping. It just sits on my desk and quietly does its job.

The sand falls so smoothly it's almost hypnotic, and the glass feels solid without being heavy. I use it for tea breaks and it's become a nice little ritual to slow down.

I set it on my desk and flip it when I start a focused work session, and the steady trickle of sand is weirdly calming. The glass feels solid and the wooden caps sit flat, no wobble. Nice little reminder to pause between tasks.
