Późnym okresem życia, gdy malowanie stało się fizycznie trudne, Henri Matisse zaczął tworzyć swoje słynne wycinanki, opisując ten proces jako "rysowanie nożyczkami". Ten pięknie zaprojektowany zestaw origami oddaje hołd temu samemu duchowi eksperymentowania, zapraszając do przekształcania prostych kartek papieru w żywe dzieła sztuki poprzez składanie, kolor i wyobraźnię.

Stworzony przez Mon Petit Art i prezentowany przez Today is Art Day, zestaw zawiera 36 pięknie ilustrowanych papierów do składania. Odpowiedni dla artystów w każdym wieku, jest zaproszeniem do zwolnienia tempa, tworzenia czegoś własnymi rękami i odkrycia na nowo prostej radości tworzenia.

Hannah ★★★★★

My niece is obsessed with paper crafts so I grabbed this for her birthday and ended up folding half the sheets myself. The pre-printed cut-out designs make it easy to follow along with the "drawing with scissors" idea, and the colors are gorgeous.

Chloe ★★★★★

I bought this for a rainy afternoon with my niece and we ended up folding for two hours straight. The paper has a nice weight to it, so the cut-out shapes hold crisp edges instead of going floppy. She's eight and managed the folds fine with a little help on the tighter ones.

Avery D. ★★★★★

The Matisse cut-out inspired designs are such a clever twist on regular origami, my daughter actually learned who he was while folding. The pre-scored creases made the trickier folds way less frustrating than other kits we've tried.
