Cluebox 5: Cambridge Labryinth

I've done a few escape-room-in-a-box puzzles and this one actually stumped me for two evenings. The nested mechanisms mean you can't brute-force a step, and the marble maze at the end is a satisfying finish. My only gripe is I wish the theme hints were a touch clearer.

I expected to breeze through the nesting layers, but the second mechanism had me stumped for a solid twenty minutes before it finally clicked open. The philosophical theme on the panels is a nice touch that made me slow down and actually think about each step instead of just forcing it.

The marble maze inside is way harder than I expected, took me almost two hours to work through the whole thing. The nesting mechanisms kept surprising me right up to the last lock. Genuinely the best evening I've spent on a puzzle in years.
