Spent two evenings trying to build a swan from these seven stone pieces, and the way the shapes click together is oddly satisfying. The colorful semi-precious stones make it feel more like art than a puzzle, so I don't mind leaving it out as a display piece when I'm stuck.
The semi-precious stones have a lovely weight and smooth finish that makes each piece feel special. I've already lost hours trying to form all the animals in the guide — it's surprisingly challenging and satisfying.
The semi-precious stone pieces feel lovely and cool in the hand, and the colors make the tangram figures look like tiny artworks on my desk. Only gripe is the pieces slide around on a smooth table, so I ended up putting a felt mat underneath. Still a great fidget for slow evenings.
